In the unfortunate event that a tenant needs to be evicted from your rental, we will cover the cost of a simple uncontested eviction (some restrictions apply) and ensure your investment is protected.

No Hidden Fees Guarantee

Our compensation structure may appear to be higher than some other companies'. However, that is largely because we do not benefit or profit from maintenance. There are no surprise fees and no unexpected charges. The greatest benefit of utilizing an investor-owned management company is that we have developed relationships with our contractors to offer our clients cost savings opportunities and urgent repair services and pass along the savings to our clients.

Happiness Guarantee

We are committed to providing excellent customer service. If you decide to discontinue our services, you may cancel your Management Agreement at any time.

Results Guarantee

With our results guarantee you don’t pay us until we show results! If we are leasing your property for you, we do all the work up front and you don’t pay us until you get a qualified tenant. That means we aggressively market and show your property, screen the tenants, handle all of the paperwork and perform a move-in inspection...all before we get paid anything.

Leasing Guarantee

Our leasing guarantee states that if a tenant does not fulfill at least 9 months of a lease term, we will find you a new tenant for free.

30 Day Rental Guarantee

If we are unable to lease your home in 30 days or less, we will give you ONE month of management free! Please note, this guarantee is only for single-family residences and does not apply to condos, townhomes, or other property types.

Maintenance Guarantee

We resolve all maintenance issues within 4 days, unless circumstances outside of our control prevent us from resolving maintenance issues.
