Let us be your Resource in Property Management

At Champa Tampa relationships are important to us. We embrace the principles of the free market. If you refer a client to us and subsequently discover they are interested in selling their home, you are free to engage in business with that client. However, if you prefer guaranteed compensation and wish to protect your client relationship, we offer a referral agreement program. This program ensures compensation split for referred clients for up to 5 years.

It's important to note that this agreement is not a commission agreement but rather a referral agreement between Champa Tampa and the referring Broker. For a commission split to be guaranteed, a separate commission agreement must be signed by both parties—Champa Tampa and the referring Broker.

Champa Tampa will honor the referral agreement provided it is signed upon receiving a new referral. For further details, please refer to our downloadable Commission Rental Referral Agreement.
